I see a lot of people asking just regular questions in the HTML or CSS sections so why not add a support section under general discussion.

they aren't really HTML problems so we should have an extra section for misc help

no for like none html and css questions. I see a lot of them...they shouldn't be in HTML or CSS. The section doesn't have to be under GD

If there are general questions about web designing (non coding) they can be asked in "Web Design Talk" section. The questions not related with web designing can be asked in general discussion.

Problem is that some members don't understand if their problem is to deal with coding or not so they post it in any random forum Razz
