Well, I suck at coding, CSS specifically. But I have satisfactory graphics, and I've read many of Emilio's tutorials (enjoy the credit) and I was thinking that it would be great to have an Adopt A Newbie forum for users to request tutoring. Of course the service would have to be voluntary but I think it would help dramatically.

I think he is talking about Tutorial forum for designing. For example, how to blend different colors and images. Ain't right?

I guess its like "tutorial request thingy"
in which the members will request for a tutorial and the users will make a tuto!
