which is better? Please can you keep it detailed not just say "MyBB is better" please tell me why whats MyBB known for hows its performance or tell me if you used it and tell me your Experience with it etc......

I have not used either of them, though I have tried both of them.
I think MyBB is much better. Just look at the features of both of them and you'll know why MyBB is better.

MyBB is more popular and hence more resources are available for it like themes, modifications etc. MyBB is free and administration is relatively easy. I'd prefer it over punBB.

Why?
Cause MyBB has a good mods for better forum, so many themes for your forum! And MyBB administration panel is better than PunBB administration panel. Smile

It's a preety big change. Though if you are not sentimental like me, go for MyBB lol!

They are not versions of phpbb. Mybb and punbb are forum softwares.

punBB Is great for implementing into existing sites such as WordPress due to it's very light source code Smile

It's also very easy to customize and create plug-ins for...

MyBB, the security is a little off, but it's rather rich on features compared to punBB.

Agreed. PunBB is easier for integration.

If you would have included phpbb then it would be a fight, but in mybb and punbb, its definitely mybb Smile
