There is nothing much to tell about. I cant give you same example but you have to know HTML to do this. Mostly tables. And a bit of BB codes.

i use it and it is work i know about HTML little and BB code but there is a problem the title background still blue how much i change the color code

The image is set using CSS as a background image.
