But then i am using phpbb3 version i wont edit the templates and put it in the footer template. It is only possible to put it in the site description but then. the codes are too many to put. how would i compile it ??

2. For example. i have already put that toolbar on forum. and i want, for example, i click one link/image. i want to it to POP out. how?

1) How about adding it in the homepage message?

2) Have the target = "blank" in the <a href = "URL" target="_blank"

1) I doubt, if its possible to add it to all the pages. Maybe someone else has some other ideas.
2) Well i have seen the toolbar, but you need to show correct examples for anyone to understand it clearly.

Hi Russel,

I don't think it is possible to have the toolbar without editing templates. You can try putting the code in a widgets if you have.

I already tried it with an iframe but didn't work.
The toolbar will be fixed at the bottom of the iframe height not the main page body.
