I have some ideas

Why don't you open like a premium member group and members will have to purchase it at like a monthly fee (e.g. 50 points per month)

Things premium group can get:
- access to staff forums (that reminds me, if you don't have that, add that
- bolded, underlined or italic username (can only choose one)
- They will get 10 % off all (future) other items

Ok other than that, I got:

- Bolded, underlined or italic username (25 points)
- transfering points (your own points to another member)
- Advertise on homepage (15 points a week)

Anyway, that's all I got, tell me what you think about it

Cash/Points

This would be really great since it's a graphics and coding community (Web community).

With the cash/points system we could charge cash/points for making graphics, helping out members with either coding or designing problems.

To achieve the cash/points people need to post on the forums and get them (more people and more post count on the forums). Then they can use their earned cash/points to request several graphics or help.

Reputation

Almost same as I wrote above. The reputation system allows you to give reputation to a member of staff for a good work in either helping out with their problems or for making them graphics.

Both these are used around the web almost everywhere. Would be really great on these forums too!

* different colored user name ? {was suggested,a premium group that can be gained membership by paying certain amount every month}
* access to "premium" forum
* get their topic moderated {moved/stickied/ anything} for 24 hours

premium Members get away from the 24hr bump rule

Behaviour, no way. Its ridiculous!

1) Giving signatures and colored name won't be 'useful'. It won't provide any utility to the member.

2) What can a premium forum have? It must have some premium content in it.

3) Right to brake rules can't be 'bought'. Rules will be applied on all, including admins
